For our customers the shipping is worldwide 100% free (all prices are inclusive Shipping and packaging, etc.)!
There are NO hidden costs! The goods are shipped no later than the following weekday after the payment is received on our german account. We ship directly from Bangkok with the Thailand Post - shipping to Europe, America, Australia thus lasts usually about 2-4 weeks. On Saturdays, Sundays, feast days and movable holidays the Thailand Post stays closed. The 2-4 weeks is a guideline, not a guaranteed commitment. The service is subject to the Thailand Post, and the official postal service of the recipient country. Express shipping (2-3 days) is possible, but must be fully paid by the customer (unfortunately mostly disproportionately expensive). To apply, please send an e-mail. By the registered shipping the receipt of the goods has to be countersigned to the postman or at the post office. Customs duties are usually not arised, since the limit for duty free imports of small consignments are rarely exceeded. Any costs incurred have to be borne by the buyer.
